As most SLAVIA products are customised, personalised, made to order, or processed according to customer requirements, confirmed paid orders generally cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless the product is damaged upon delivery, clearly inconsistent with the order, or required by applicable law.
Customers should carefully check all order details before placing an order and making payment, including product style, size, colour, custom content, and delivery address. Return, exchange, or refund requests based on personal preference, input errors, or subjective expectations cannot generally be accepted.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
If the product received is damaged during shipping, or is clearly inconsistent with the order, please contact us within 48 hours after signing for the parcel and provide the following information for follow-up:
We will review each case after receiving the information. If the issue is confirmed to be product damage, incorrect shipment, or another problem caused by us, we will arrange replacement, repair, reshipment, or refund according to the circumstances. If the customer does not submit the request within the specified period, or cannot provide sufficient information or reasonable proof, we may be unable to process the request.
If a return or refund request is approved, the customer must follow our instructions for returning the product. Products returned without prior agreement may not be accepted or processed.
